Absolutely awful service. Had a few procedures done but every ssingle time experienced painful customer service. Multiple times was called a dat to few days before and told that appointment can;t go ahead : renovations/ holidays / something else... as these could not have been accounted for in advance...nEvery time I did come I also had to wait for 20 minutes for my appointment. I understand, this can happen occasionally but with this company it is a norm. So fo here if you want to pay a lot of money to be treated like rubbish .
Poor customer service and absolutely no respect at all for peoples time. 'Confirmed' appointments are never kept, always trying to move you around last minute due to double-booking or admin errors. This has now happened seven times in a few months and then again today for the last time (I will not be coming back). If happening due to a lockdown or employee illness totally understandable, but that has not been the case in most instances. I have never encountered a business who would make it so so hard for someone to have a monthly treatment and purchase their skincare. Twice now the door has even been locked and no-one answering phone during their business hours when going to purchase skincare I have run out of. Much easier, kinder & quicker by far to drive into Geelong for treatments and products. So disappointing and distasteful to treat people this way.
Everyone in the clinic is so lovely, happy to help and very understanding. Had a great experience! Highly recommend!!
