Choice Medical

There are multiple reasons why I give this clinic a poor review:nn1. The doctor I saw was incompetent, I had to educate her about something to do with pregnancy which any medical professional should have basic knowledge of.n2. She then suggested that my condition was caused by carrying my baby, even though I told her I had injured myself doing something else, it was as if she didn't believe me.n3. She then proceeded to touch my neck and ask if there was any pain. I could tell she did not know what she was doing!n4. I was told that my headache/neck pain would just eventually get better (even though it was sudden onset due to injury, and I had been experiencing headaches and nausea every day for 2 months!) No advice was given for when/if to follow up if the condition didn't resolve.n5. Was told to try pain killers and advised to 'google' the details of a headache clinic.n6. Even though I had expressed to her during the consultation that I had not been working for 8 months (due to having a baby...who was with me at the time and sitting on my lap!) and hence couldn't afford expensive physio treatments, she decided to NOT bulk bill me or provide the consultation fee at a lesser charge.n7. The reception staff were asking me personal and private medical information while I stood at their desk (and in full ear shot of other patients ) because they had failed to get me to fill out their 'new patient' form at the beginning. So unprofessional!n8. I rang the next day to speak with the clinic manager and let her know of my experience, and still have not heard back over 1 week later...so probably won't ever!nnI can't believe I was charged for this service!!
