I highly recommend Sona Rooms, I loved it! The infrared saunas are top quality, the rooms are clean and peaceful. My body felt great after, the saunas have an added benefit of hospital grade light therapy. I’ll be making regular visits as part of my wellness routine.
My friend and I had an amazing relaxing hour at Sona Rooms. The saunas are private, high quality, and spotlessly clean. What a great way to recharge while burning some calories!
I visited Sona Rooms for the first time last Sunday and it was exactly what I needed. First time user and felt amazing after, relieving tired muscles. Skin had the perfect glow after. Such a relaxing space. Sona Rooms will be a regular fixture in my routine.
A really lovely retreat space, calm, and as a previous review said private and cosy.......I felt relaxed, calm and loose after my session...highly recommended.....
Been here several times since they opened, really nice and cosy atmosphere. The infrared sauna and chromotherapy have been so good for my sleep!
