My 82 year old mum suffered from dementia and a recurring UTI. It was an ongoing nightmare to deal with. Doctor Tan performed surgery which was 100 percent successful. Great job. Thank you so much Doctor Tan.

Great experience, no nonsense approach and an excellent outcome. fast tracked my procedures and was very cost sensitive, without hesitation recommend Dr Tan.

This guy is a disgrace to his profession, he is rude and doesn't listen and is only interested in what he thinks. you would think you were at a supermarket the way they push patients through the door. when you pay the hefty fee that you do you expect a decent consultation time. and as for respect he wouldn't know what the word meant if he fell over it.nDon't go to this guy find a urologist that listens and has your health interests at heart and doesn't see dollar signs when you walk in the door.

The duty of care is lost with dr tan, this clinic is all about efficiently getting as many patients as it can to make the most money. Appointments are rushed and rough. Don’t expect to be listened to at all or treated with respect by the doctor.nI was also told that the details of the findings of my appointments would not be able to be shared with other specialists I am seeing, this is ridiculous, as a person with a number of auto immune conditions I need the doctors and dermatologist to be able to communicate.nI couldn’t get a word in to ask questions which were brushed off and ended up having to ask the nurse all my questions. If you need care, support, time and explanation please go elsewhere as this place is definitely for quick fixes without delving into what the problem is.

Disappointing to say the least. Alwin is disinterested, doesn't like patients asking questions, is condescending and clearly tired of doing what he does. If you're looking for a sensitive urologist who is prepared to listen, DO NOT choose this man.
