They have fixed laptops for me. They have sorted out all kinds of tech issues for me. And today, they sorted my phone and point of sale problem too. I was sold a product that I was told would work with my laptop, which I had with me, but when I opened it it wasn’t the right one so I returned it immediately and was charged a 30% restocking fee. Pretty disappointed by this as it wasn’t my fault I was sold the incorrect product yet I’m the one paying for the mistake.
