Felt compelled to come on here after seeing the reviews. I believe most of the bad experience occurred during 2020 COVID lockdown as they couldn't allow visitors to wait inside.nnI went this afternoon and was seen straight away, the lady who took my blood was lovely and very efficient. I was in and out in a matter of moments. Will definitely go back here when I need future blood tests done.

No numbers, very slow had to wait in the sun in the driveway, very very poor customer experience

This place is mess. The exterior is rotting, windows, eaves, spouting and timber railing that people use for support. Inside the paint is falling off the walls and ceiling, kinda resembles a squatters house. Not a good look for a medical practice. You have to wait outside, exposed to the elements and no seating, ok for me but the not the elderly, I feel so sorry for them that I let them jump the queue. Also in the year of 2021 they don’t have email, a printer or a fax machine for that matter. In saying that, staff are friendly and do well at their job, I just feel sorry for them working in such a poor environment.

I have the utmost respect for every member at St Vincent's they are doing a fabulous job amidst this pandemic. Keep up the good work.

Went for a preop CoVid test today. What an appalling place.nFirstly, the receptionist who books you in to the op should make you aware of CoVid testing times at each listed clinic. Luckily I arrived only 20 mins early- they only do it for 1 hour in the afternoon.nWaited outside in overgrown weed ridden garden strewn with litter- propped on small brick wall around tree.nNo number system, told to wait in sun in driveway. No seats or shade.nThen had test on back porch of house- no privacy.nThe staff member seemed pleasant and competent-,no problems there, but what a dump of a place. Clean up the garden and the rubbish and at least provide a seat for preop patients. Embarrassing.nnAs a post edit- no one asked me for my Medicare number, so 2 weeks later got a bill for $105.95.nWhy didn’t the collection person do this?nFortunately sorted out by ringing accounts.nWe warned!
