Whilst waiting with only one person in front of me I watched as she paid and left with her goods. Then I waited and waited and waited as this lass behind the counter checked and rechecked over and over again about one of her ream members if everything was OK and if necessary she could change the reference numbers if this would assist with this 3 months old transaction.NOT once did I get any recognition that I even existed let alone was a customer wanting to pay like the lass that went before me. When I was joined by 2 others in the queue along comes our Savior Joel and serves the 3 patiently waiting and attends without any fuss or todo. BUT STILL no reaction or concern demonstrated by Vanessa ...... No way I’ll be going back .

I've been shoping here for the last 10yrs never had a problem the stuff there were able to help me with all my needs great shop to go too .
