Isaac at the Highpoint store was very helpful and went above and beyond to dig up and find the correct eye cup for my camera. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Issac and the team. Highly recommended.
The staff here don't know the first thing about cameras - couldn't answer any questions I had. Didn't seem to know what the difference was between different lenses, didnt know what IBIS was, couldn't even tell me what cameras they had at a certain price point.nnI went in cash in hand ready to buy and it really felt like they just didn't want to sell to me. And they wonder why people just resort to buying online. These people need to wake up.
Long story in short. Few glitch happened , recived wrong gimbal. It was hard for me to work out what to do next as it was a weekend and their web team and online customer team had weekend off. I couldn't sleep all night next morning I walked in to their highpoint store n i was attended by ISSAC belive me this bloke was very emphatic and he did everything for me ,by coming Thursday i walked in the store again n picked up my right gimbal.nKeep doing the good work ISSAC.thanks again
