I am very happy with the services provided by Dr Eva Wu. She is a very experience GP and a good acupuncturist. She is very detailed in her review and knowledgeable in her field. I had a sore lower back for many months and pulled a shoulder blade muscle recently and she managed to treat both with acupuncture - since then I no longer have a sore lower back or shoulder. Dr Eva Wu also treated me on a number of other general health issues, all her advice were methodological and I am feeling a lot better after consulting her.

Terrible gp and doctors. Pay $100+ for a two minute consultation. If only I can give negative stars. Rude, money oriented clinic with lack of customer service. If you want advice and service go elsewhere. Actually they wouldn't care less since we voiced our concerns and constructive feedback to no avail.nnDisgusting service. Lack of care. Money making clinic. Cannot ask questions unless you book another appointment. Inconsistent advice. Rush job. Why you here. What is wrong. Book another next week. No more time to answer your questions. Very rude gp. Been there at least six times in two years. Recently been there three times and each time was the same. Either they double book then make you wait while they consult the other patient then when it's your turn they say too busy, can't answer. Book another one. They rush you out.nnWill never come back. Not just one doctor, all of the ones we have seen recently. Same old saying, too busy book another next week. I'm sorry but we work full time and we only book a visit if it's a must, so give us the proper diagnosis and medical attention we paid for. Even bulk billing doctors are better than the ones at this place. There are many too many negatives to point out so I won't bore you guys, just find another 4-5 star place.

Please change the reception service. She doesn't have respect and rude with people. Hope she required some basic training. Otherwise people don't prefer your service. PLEASE RESPECT PEOPLE. they come to you when they are not well.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Eve Wu. She is rather impatient and smothering. Definitely not a GP to reassure your concerns. super disappointed.

VERY UNFRIENDLY RECEPTION STAFF!!!!nnPoor signage design and staff attitude. I came in minutes after my parter where she waited for a scan in a waiting room, which was still physically accessible by the public. I was stopped at the reception, where an utterly unfriendly staff stared me down as it I owed her something. I understand that you probably need to be stern, but not everyone misguided by your poor signage is out there to break the rules. Your signages are inadequate, period. Your staff is taking this out on unknowing customers and making assumptions.nnWe don’t need this kind of service aptitude thanks. Not a smile, not a greet. Possibly racist. We will not return, however clever your specialists are.
