Went down there this morning for mandatory a pre-operation COVID screening, and was appalled by the manner with which the male pathologist treated and engaged with me. He pushed the swab far enough down my throat that I gagged, and even after I asked if he could be a little gentler, he proceeded to jam the swab up both nostrils and twist it quite harshly. The part that I found most disrespectful in his interaction with me, was that he also left the swab in my nostril (a fair way further up than the previous test I had some months ago), and removed his hand from it (so it was just sitting in my nose) while he pondered a rhetorical question to himself. He spoke to me as though I was completely uneducated, which I also found to be rather unnecessary.nAbsolutely would not recommend visiting this pathology centre given his poor client-facing skills.

The pathology nurse is very nice with good skill. But one male staff is rude and sarcastic, the worst person I have ever met. I felt been threatened by him.

Went there for blood test and ecg. Unfortunately ecg machine was not working. Wasted almost 2 hours to go to another location to get it done

The sweet medical lab technician was amazing! It is difficult to reach my veins, however she did it really smooth. She did today! Thank you very much
