Videoguys Australia have been so great to order from! I run a live video production business, based in Adelaide and when I have issues with my gear and need to find a replacement it is so difficult to find the parts needed in a timely fassion. Videoguys have super fast delivery and it seems that things dont spend very long int he warehouse at all. Yesterday i had my Black Magic Ultrastudio recorder fail at 11:30 am and I put in an order for a new one from Videoguys Australia and today at 11:30am, only 24 hours later, the parcel arrived at my door! How is that for service! 11/10 Thanks guys!
