I purchased a motherboard from BPC for a DYI PC build and encountered a problem where the new system wouldn't post to the monitor. As I had another working system, I tested each individual new part and found the motherboard to be the issue. The service from BPC for the return process was friendly, quick and professional. Their number had an option for returns/warranty and I was directed to their online return form which I completed with details of the fault and troubleshooting steps taken. Within 1 day, BPC responded accepting my claim. As I live close to their Mt Waverley store, I exchanged the product the following day. All resolved within 2 days and fortunately, new motherboard is all good so now my PC is running fine. A very positive experience and I would recommend these guys for your PC needs.

Only bought from here, as Umart discontinued the items I was looking for at the same price.nnRang up initially to discover what their stock level was for a particular product, but found out after ordering (and having to prompt them via email) that the warehouse was short 1 item. Only god knows how long I would have waited to find out whether the order was fulfilled and or ready to be dispatched if I didn't chase it up. This is what let the ratings down, otherwise it could have easily been a 4 or maybe even 5 star.nnThankfully the postage worked out and got here on time!
