Normally, I would have given a 4 to 4.5 rating for this store. However, after a rather negative experience with one of the sales man minutes before closing I have only given a 3 because the other members of staff are really friendly, helpful and very customer orientated, who provide a great service. After complaining about my very disappointing experience the area manager made a token jest in the form of a $20 voucher. Quite good on his part. I live nearby, so I will be going back to see if the extra training that the person in question was supposed to receive has had some effect. I'll keep you posted...
