Today We visited the pathology at Active medical Caroline Springs for a blood test. We checked the timings with the notice on the door which said Easter time Saturday open 9.00. We waited in line outside the clinic from 8:30 am till the clinic opened at 9, just to be told that the pathology is not open today. What sort of service is this? They have sick and fasting customers waiting because of their mis-information. In today's world of advanced technology this company is a century behind. Furthermore the information on Google confirms that they are OPEN today. I wish I could give them No Stars in the ratings.

Today 16/10/2020, I went for my blood test at Active medical Centre, Caroline Springs. Special thanks to the Nurse who attended; I think her name was Rowell (from Philippines). She is highly skilled. She took blood from my left hand vein, which is NOT easy as many others have found difficulty extracting especially if it is fasting bloods. My right hand veins are good, but I preserve them for Red Cross blood donation. Good Job Rowell - Happy with your work.

Worst pathology experience I have ever had. The pathologist was extremely rude and she should not be working in healthcare. I would strongly advise to go elsewhere.

Turned away my pregnant fasting wife, that had to do a urgent sugar syrup diabetes test this morning that arrived at opening 8am. Never ever go here.
