Use to be fantastic. Could easily book a same day appointment on line, whereas now you need to book a week in advance. Most doctors i use to see are no longer there. As mentioned in other comments reception staff take an eternity to answer the phone... it even had to email them asking someone to call me back. It use to be a great clinic. Dont know what happened. Time to find another clinic for me and my family

Great doctors and awesome nurses! All receptionists are really amazing despite being extremely busy and getting rude patients all the time.nnAlso, had a brief look on the reviews from other people. If you are tech savy enough to come and give review, I'm sure you can book an appointment online and make things easier for you.

This clinic was good just over a year ago, however it has gone down hill since.nnThere seems to always be over an hour wait before I get to see a doctor and when I finally get to see the doctor, he seems rushed and under pressure. Not sure why the clinic take on more patients than they can handle, leading to unnecessary longer wait times and stressed staff.nnMost of the reception staff are absolutely rude and they don't know how to apologise even when clearly in the wrong. Apart from Carlene as she seem to be the only Receptionist that has good people skills.

Active Medical is the medical centre I always go to since moving to this area.nThey have a few good doctors available and always easy to book an appointment.nHowever, I noticed things changed roughly a year ago, reception hardly have people answer the phone call, I waited 10 minutes and got cut off at the end, this is an reoccurring issue. I got a few recall texts but no one is available answering my questions on the phone.nDoctors are hard to book these days, I used to able to book an appointment with my regular doctor within the day or next day. I now will have to book a couple weeks in advance to see a doctor. Very frustrating

This is my Second review for the clinic. Full marks to Dr Isaac Linn. A good Doctor and an exceptionally great human being. Very thorough with his patients and does not rush at all.nThe reception staff are equally efficient. Lucky to have this medical centre in Caroline Springs.nFor all those patients who feel the wait is terrible, the wait is because Doctors are thorough and give you complete attention.
