Car not fixed after having all day got wrong part have to take back tomorrow not happy being without a car for work all day still not fixed not happy

Had a lift done to my four-wheel drive after it had the lift done. At speeds above 100 the steering wheel would vibrate. Took it back to them they told me I need it new tyres. They spent a half an hour rebalancing the tires that I had on the car to help it drive a bit better on the highway. And they did not charge me for it. Very big thank you. I highly recommend these guys if you need anything done to your four-wheel drive. If I could give them more stars I would.

Been good so far. Doing regular service and other work on my Patrol. Very busy workshop which also speaks to their good reputation.

Took my vehicle into their shop on the 9th, wanting a full roadworthy done and some other work, was given a 4 to 5 week time frame. Come in 2 weeks after just wanting to see if there was any progress and instantly get abused and yelled at by the guy behind the desk on the right, after the two weeks they told us another 5 weeks. By the way no progress at all. Main problem is how the employee reacted and treated a customer that was going to put over 4 grand of work into their bank account. Pull your head in.
