Did a click n collect here. Was pretty easy. Then got an email saying I received a $9 credit because the product is ordered was now on sale! I love this concept! Always getting the lowest price or they refund the price difference.
Very helpful. They didn't have what I wanted in stock, but I was able to order it as Click and Collect and pick it up the next day.
Never enjoy giving one star but there just isn’t customer service at this store, at least when I went, I spent 10-20 minutes walking up and down each aisle looking for some items, staff walked past me and never asked if I needed help and looked like they didn’t want to be there so I didn’t feel comfortable asking them for assistance.nnHopefully it was just an off day as the Sunbury Supercheap is brilliant. I’ll try again next timenI need something and if it’s very different, I’ll modify my review.
Actually have mixed feelings with the Melton SCA. I know some good Customer Service is available there BUT. I am still disappointed and disgusted in how the Manager who acted like a Clown is still employed after what he did. It does show Customers mean money and nothing more. Thumbs down to their lack of care
Staff were helpful and friendly, in and out quick and easily.
