I called this morning to make a booking as my laptop had just stopped working and I received a CONFIRMED booking from the store.nI left work to make this appointment as it was really important to try and get it working as we now have to work from home and wasn’t it just a complete waste of time.nI was REFUSED service by David even though I had a confirmed booking as he said they have been told to close and can’t make any further appointments as a repair could take days. He received this call at 11am. My appointment was at 2.20pm.nFirst of all, if this was the case have some common courtesy to call your customers and advise not to come in as you would not be able to help them. I had to leave work for this appointment only to be refused service numerous times.nSecond of all, how did David know this repair could take days without even looking at my laptop???nIt could have been fixed on the spot or you could have told me it was broken and perhaps you could’ve had a sale for a new laptop!nIf you had any proper customer service you should have at the very least taken a look at my laptop as per my appointment and told me it would need to be sent to repairs but unfortunately we have to close so it won’t be done until 6 weeks to which I would have no issues and accept it for what it is.nWhat an absolute joke. Just pure laziness.

Great service and fantastic follow-up & on-site repairs. Have been using Emagineering for 13 years & will not go anywhere else except this trust worthy business.

I wouldn’t usually leave a review but these people are not honest repairers. I took my laptop to this shop and they charged me 55$ just to look at it. All they did was take off the back panel, only to tell me it wasn’t worth fixing and I should buy one of their new ones. I took my laptop to another computer shop in Melton south where they fixed my laptop and it is now good as new. When I was leaving Emagineering another person told me the same thing had happened to him. If you want to get your Apple product fixed don’t go to these people they are more interested in selling Apple products then fixing them.
