Terrible receptionist. I called to politely inquire about the COVID-19 vaccine (if they are stocking the vaccine and the next available appt) as I am now eligible and receptionist wouldn't even let me get a word in. Cut me off, told me they weren't seeing anyone under 50 and when I queried about whether they would have capacity (the right freezer type) to stock Pfizer when supply came in for under 50s (in response to new government advice for under 50s to receive this alternative) she acted like she hadn't even heard the question and just kept cutting me off like she didn't have time to talk to me. I can understand she is probably getting similar queries often right now, but it's your job to answer them?? Really disappointing.

I have never had anyone be so rude to me on the phone as Dr Monica Cooper.nnShe barely listened and it felt like I had offended her when I called reception to check on the status of my telehealth appointment. I wasn't trying to rush you, only trying to figure out if you were ever going to call as you were 30 minutes over.nnDr Jerry Tsagaratos is really nice though.

How a doctor who treats some of our city’s most vulnerable folk I have to say that Monica has the absolute worst attitude in the profession of General Practice that I’ve ever witnessed. I should have reported her to AHPRA however during that particular period of my life I had many many more things to worry about.nHaving said this, I discourage absolutely any human being on the planet from having to deal with this female. You can expect to wait 4-5 hours in the waiting room and witness absolute exploitation and immense workplace bullying, her poor receptionists appear to be terrified of her.nJust don’t even go there.

Excellent Doctor. Empathic, intelligent & extremely committed. If you bother to make an appointment, you will be seen within 1 hour. If she is late, it is because she spends so much time understanding her patient's needs. She is particularly receptive of those with severe mental health issues & again, charges nothing for this service. I am extremely happy with Dr Cooper & will not go elsewhere. If she is busy, such is life. She is extremely worth every second.
