Need to train their staff in customer service. Noone waiting to be seen but neither receptionist was interested in serving or being helpful. The radiologist, who asked me to wait outside once the scans were done, was more interested in the holiday pics on the receptionist's phone than to explain why he asked me to wait. I left feeling underwhelmed by the service and care factor.
I visited this centre on 7/10/2020. I was so impressed by the receptionist working by herself while I was there. She was unfailingly polite, friendly and professional while answering the non-stop calls and also greeting incoming clients. She also was great in the way she communicated clearly with clients who may have been elderly or from non English speaking backgrounds. Well done :)
My mother was assessed by Simon, amazing work. So thorough and genuine care. Highly recommended!!
Receptionists must get some basic professional communication skills, been given sarcastic answer over the phone for misunderstanding the question. Not the first time I’ve encountered such attitude at this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND especially if you’re not a native speaker.
