Desi was phenomenal! My partner brought me there for a couples massage and it was the best massage I have had. Desi was kind, patient and wonderful with her massage techniques. I highly recommend this place. Almost fell asleep because I was so relaxed!!
I booked for a couple’s massage for me and my partner and when my partner was waiting for me, he was just stared blankly by the two ladies at reception and one of them said ‘oh, you have a reservation?’ *staring blankly* like she didn’t care. From that point, we still tried to be nice even though they just didn’t care but was just given a weird and abysmal experience from start to finish. One piece of advice to the management is that you should train your employees on how to professionally interact with your customers, properly.
I've been here to have a massage before I going back to my country and had a massage with therapist Lyea for an hour massage and I'm very satisfied with the service she provided, such an excellent and professional services. I’ve just filled my first loyalty card after visiting here over the past few months. It’s such a nice place to visit and unwind, the staff make the experience very relaxing and the ambience is perfect. Can’t wait for my next visit!
Nothing like photos. Needs a total revamp and repaint - grimy and run down.nDodgy part of town. Brown ragged and old towels, offered used slippers to wear. Padlocked front door,dirty grey concrete ceiling covered in cobwebs like a prison, not a relaxing view when lying on back for massage. Holes in doors that have been punched/kicked in. More like a brothel. Felt grubby being in there - had to shower when I got home.nDefinetly an experience just not a relaxing spa experience.nWould highly not recommend.
