I am glad that I found Sounds Clear. Top notch service! I won't hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone who's seeking help for a hearing loss. Very professional and caring person. He does go out of his way to look after his clients. I had my aids fitted after hours as I was going on the country trip the next day. Great value for money as well.

I can say I have met a professional audiologist and a great person who helped my father (who visited us from overseas) whose hearing aid was not working properly. We have approached Michael and without knowing the model number of the hearing aid he still was willing to help and made the first consultation complimentary. We went to the appointment and Michael fixed the issue.nThanks Michael really appreciate your great customer service and prompt response.
