I had a service related issue for in ear audiophile monitors that I bought in the US. Rachel made fixing them seamless! Very warm friendly and obviously has a high sense pride in taking care of her customers. I wish more retail experiences were like this one! 5+ stars!

I saw Rachel for a hearing test and she was wonderful- I can’t recommend her highly enough! She was very thoughtful, thorough and took her time with me to discuss my needs and issues. I never felt rushed and I feel like I can follow up with her at any time if I need to. The location is great and the offices have a really cool, relaxed and fresh vibe. Highly recommended!

I searched long and hard for an independent audiologist after not having the best of experiences with my previous ones. Wow- Rachel is incredible! Her workspace is inviting, warm, easy to get to and has a fabulous view of Flagstaff Gardens. Being Hard of Hearing has been difficult for me in all aspects of my life- socially, professionally and personally- I had become fearful of phone calls, talking with people and as a result, I had resigned from my work in a busy operating suite. All this compounded and I developed anxiety and depression. Having worked really hard to overcome this, I knew I had to tackle my hearing and my hearing aids problems.nEnter Rachel! She really listened to my story, was so kind to me and used her years of expertise to find a solution for me. She was also very patient and calm as I called/emailed/texted her a lot!! I went from panicked phone calls to her to being able to sit in the moment and really enjoy taking a phone call.nThere has been a lot of fine tuning and trialing different things and Rachel has been so supportive the whole time. Nothing was too hard for her. She also has a wonderful sense of humour - which is what I needed at times!nGo and see Rachel- you’re life and hearing will be the better for it.

I have seen many Audiologists throughout my life and Rachel is by far the best! Rachel provides independent advice combined with unparalleled care, knowledge and strives to give you the best possible solution for your needs. Rachel allowed me to trial multiple devices to ensure I was getting the right device that suited my hearing loss. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Rachel for their hearing needs as she is so caring and personable. Her professionalism and knowledge is outstanding.

Fantastic service.nRachel has a good experience and understanding. I struggled in the past with another clinic to get the best solution to my hearing issue, then I went to Rachel to get second opinion and she gave me better solution than what I had before.
