I've been coming there for many years and recently I find that the service (or lack there of) is pretty disappointing.. some of the staff and docs could improve their bedside manner. Rude and unprofessional.

Had such a lovely experience at this clinic. Great staff, especially the nurse Victoria. She seemed to have such comprehensive knowledge about wound care and she answered all of my millions of questions! Such a helpful and gorgeous lady who seemed to genuinely care about my health, how I felt and my progress. Also amazing with kids too. Thank you Victoria and the team at Modern Medical :)

I had a good experience at Modern Medical, St Kilda. I am new to the area so this was my first visit. They were helpful on identifying how to find the clinic and very clear with their procedures during the Covid restrictions. My doctor was friendly and attentive. The clinic was not busy (weekday afternoon) so I didn’t have to wait. I would recommend.
