Not sure why this has such a low rating. I've been here a few times and the nurse during work hours is perfect. Polite but efficient, hardly felt the needle, and I'm in there for a total of about seven minutes.

I've been there twice during off-peak hours (after 9am) the same nurse was courteous, polite, has a soft touch (hardly felt the needle), very professional and informative. Hardly another person before or after me. It's empty whenever I visit...

Open at 730am to allow workers to get to work by 8. But only one nurse collecting and no reception staff. Arrived at 740 and already 4 people waiting so i left. If you're going to bother opening early then get more staff for those times. I suppose if you need this early time arrive extra early. However i decided to Jump on the tram to St. Vincent's pathology... also open 730. Went straight in as they had 3 nurses on and administrative staff.

Pathetic service provided . The staff serving me was rude and full of attitude. Learn to treat patients better since a lot of sick people visit the pathology. Atleast greet people with a smile. Ridiculous attitude. Shud train ur staff with better service skills. One star since I can’t give a zero or minus rating .
