A female nurse, whose name sounds as Emma, was very compassionate and caring as well as skilful and thorough when I went there for pre-operational blood and heart tests.

The attendant/receptionist/lady with the curly blonde hair on the 21/11 was unhelpful and dismissive and clearly couldn’t be bothered. Closed my business, fasted and came in straight from the doctors and was told no and to come back another time. Poor form

an hour agonnI was waiting for an hour, so late for work. When I told the pathologist they said they wouldn't recommend going there in the mornings, there are always long wait times. Or maybe you could put more staff on in the busy times? Move to a bigger office? The demand is obviously there. I would not go to this pathology place again.
