The receptionist was rude and abrupt. After 15mins of waiting in the waiting area, I enquired as to how much longer the wait may be-as I was the only one in the waiting room the entire time I had been there. She rolled her eyes and then told me that the pathology nurse called to say she was running late and promptly got back to what she was doing. At no time did she think to advise me?!nZero courtesy. Zero professionalism.
