While this is nearly always a fairly busy store, we have always found the staff to be very friendly and responsive. Their knowledge on and the location of products is also impressive. The photocopying facilities and service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Had a laptop screen that was badly damaged - got quotes from probably 5-6 different repair places around Melbourne that differed in price by hundreds of $ for the same repair. When I showed up to LMC, I showed Simon my issue and he quickly gave me the most reasonable quote out of all the places I checked previously, even detailing why the cost was what it was. He repaired it significantly quicker than the other places would've and was also very friendly!nnI truly appreciate the transparency and willingness to help out rather than rip me off. Highly recommend!

Went in looking for recommendations on laptops and talked to one of the consultants that recommended one that happened to be on special. When I purchased it, I was told it would meet my two requirements of standard use and low level gaming (told the consultant the specific games I would be playing).nnThe laptop can handle standard use fine however it cannot handle the low level gaming! I am now left with a laptop that cannot do half of what I wanted it to do.nnI emailed the consultant asking if he had any recommendations ie settings etc I can change to help improve the situation but received no reply. Then I asked if I could swap it for another one or get a refund and have been informed I have to get a letter from the laptop maker etc etc etc which seems like a way to throw customers off.nnQuite disappointing as I bought a $1000 laptop in 2014 that was able to meet my requirements easily but this laptop at the same price mark in 2020 cannot.nnI feel like the laptop was on sale as Landmark computers wanted to get rid of their final units and was recommended this to help them clear their final units despite not being able to meet my requirements.nnI will be returning to the store expecting a full refund.nnUpdate: Have received a full refund.

Simon fixed my (super old) laptop and it works great now - he showed me how to make it run faster and he even helped me troubleshoot why the sound wasn't working on my laptop at a later date for no added cost - Thanks a lot Simon!
