This place has great customer service and updates you all along the way when your hard drive is being worked on. I have had a couple of hard drives that were work and personal related, they were able to retrieve at least 75% of my data back, if not more. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has a hard drive that is on the brink of going bad and needs their data recovered.
