Dr Rose is a great dermatologist.nI had a bad secondary infection and required urgent advice, receptionist Maria was extremely helpful - the schedule was packed but she put me on standby and later offered me the first available slot within the same week.nI was deeply impressed by Dr Rose’s professionalism and attentiveness, she detailed the pros/cons of each treatment option, giving me confidence in selecting my treatment. Dr Rose is very patient and accommodating, she is willing to truly listen to any doubt and concerns, the friendly atmosphere where I am welcome to ask anything really put me at ease and feel respected. Skin problems often lead to other stress and Dr Rose is always supportive with empathy. My condition has greatly improved under her care, I am grateful to Dr Rose and will highly recommend Dr Rose to anyone seeking help.

I had a really great experience with Dr Rose. She’s so informative and patient and listened to my concerns. I couldn’t recommend her services more! Her receptionist Maria is lovely and extremely helpful as well. Great experience overall!

Dr Rose Mak is fantastic. I was encouraged by all the positive reviews of her online and completely agree with what other people have said after going to see her. She is very kind and knowledgeable, explained everything very clearly and patiently to me and didn’t rush me in and out of my appointment. Will definitely be back again and would absolutely recommend her to others.

Such a stupid Doctor. She is very rude. And just keeps on saying the same thing without even taking a biopsy and checking what the thing actually is. Save your money guys . Find a better dermatologist. I found my GP's advice better than her , for my skin problems .
