booked appointment - no availability for two weeks. received text message to advise appointment cancelled day prior as payment up front not received. Tried to call to clinic to pay, no answer. left message, no returned call. Two weeks worth waiting

I love how these guys do a matching service. It’s scary enough going to counselling without worrying about whether you’ll click with the psychologist you see. This takes all the stress out of it. I always recommend Psychology Melbourne to my friends.

This place will be really helpful for my mental brother. He always says he wants to kill himself and keeps saying sorry multiple times after he does a mistake (or sometimes a little accident). This is the best place for him to settle down.
