Chris was really helpful when helping me get the best from my feet when I'm running. He was friendly, on time, and clearly explained why my running style was wearing my runners down quickly. He used iPad technology to show me what was going on in slo-mo so that I could really see and understand the cause of the problem. He provided me with an easy to follow action plan including exercises which created a roadmap to my recovery. Highly recommend!

I have been visiting Craig Plumridge in the Bourke Street rooms for a few years now and he is excellent. He is knowledgeable, explains his findings and the treatment clearly and has helped me so much with foot pain associated with flat feet and years of torturing my feet in high heels. Feel like a new woman every time I walk out of an appointment. Highly recommend.
