Receptionist over there put the phone on voicemail. Timing for clinic is 9-1pm . I called to the phone at 9:40 am,it went on voicemail that we are closed. That's very unprofessional. Some one want to make urgent booking they can't do it

As a doctor, I sent a patient to this pathology for a urgent blood test as it was located close to her to avoid the unnecessary travel. It has been now >5 days and the result is still not back. I was told last week it would be 3 days and calling again this morning it has not even been processed. This company is a joke. They are clearly just out there to make money from outsourcing their tests and putting patients second. Will NEVER use them again and advise colleagues of the same.
