Wonderful experience overall. I was here helping one of my mates buy his first guitar today. The facilities were great and the staffs were super-friendly and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Tim, who took care of us from start till the end - with his suggestions, advise, options, and just his overall friendly service - not once did we feel rushed and he ensured that we took all the time we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff! They were able to give me information on a wide range of pedals, with each of them knowing their stuff. Staff were quick to set up the amp and guitar as well. Will return when in need of a new fuzz.
