Bought a camera and 2 lens, told me camera will be available in one week, paid in full and waited for two weeks before calling the store, was advised I shouldn't be calling them and asked me to hang up and wait for them to call me. called again after three weeks, told me camera will be available in a couple days, waited another week before calling again for updated and told me I'm better off cancel my order and get a refund.nnAlso, every time you call, staff sound very annoyed, seems like they don't want to deal with anyone who calls in.nninteresting experience.

The Digi direct female staff was extremely rude, went to the counter to tried to get my films developed, was clearly struggling to open the film camera properly. The female staff saw that I was doing it wrongly and proceeds to yawn instead of offering to help, while the male staff in the other counter came immediately to help when he saw that I accidentally exposed my films. One of the most horrible experience, will definitely be the last.

Excellent customer service. It is always good to have options to come to the store to swap things even though you purchased them Online. People are friendly and will help you with what you want. definitely coming back again!
