Excellent customer service, order was collected and paid for within minutes. Had paid a deposit 3 days ago to hold my camera. Even gave a cheaper price the memory card I wanted even cheaper than JBhifi

Used to be good. Now do not answer phones or return calls. Good way to ruin a great business. Would not recommend.

Update your website so the hire page isn’t on your menu or visible. You’re wasting our time letting us look at all your hire gear only to realise you don’t hire things anymore. If you don’t do it don’t have the hire pages on your website.

Still my go-to store for camera gear even though it's only online now. Bought my first DSLR here in 2020 and received terrific service from Don. Very happy with the kit he put together for me. Also bought binoculars here in Jan 2021 for watching live sports and they were great value.
