Friendly staff, and helpful. But, it is not well set up - things are hard to find and the place just has this cluttered feel and look. On the bright side, there were (at 4:45pm) more staff there than customers - so if you can't find something, just ask. The person helping me was more than willing to help. ud83dude00 The security guy was nice, too.

One of the busier stores I've been to but there was adequate staffing on the day so I didn't have to wait long for assistance. I was there to buy a new phone and the salesperson that served me was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. His product knowledge was very impressive. He also gave me a sizable discount which is always nice ud83dude01 Will definitely going back for my next purchase.

I called and they were able to price match a camera for me against an online seller. The camera came in without delays (they were out of stock) exactly on the day they said it would. The sales person was easy to negotiate with over the phone and just as easy in person when I came in to pay and made the process simple.

Customer service is almost non-existent in this store, mind you I walked across from the Elizabeth Street store searching for an item that was apparently in stock (according to the JB HiFi website) and it was almost as bad there, however I was at least (finally) approached by a staff member there who asked me if I needed any help - not so in the Melbourne Central store though.nnStaff were just standing around chatting to each other and not even acknowledging customers. I overheard one sales assistant telling another how bad one customer’s hair was dyed. Walked around the store about five times looking for something and left. The most attentive person was the security guard at the exit who thanked me as I left. The fact that staff don’t have any identifying features/branding also makes it difficult to know who actually works there.
