Great customer service. Went in to buy a data card reader for my computer but was unsure if it worked, one of the employees let me try it out on a computer which took a little extra work. Thanks to Jonathan for all the excellent help!!! A+++

Terrible customer service. I couldn't find the Google nest hub 1st gen on the shelf while on the website it said they had stock so asked a male staff. However, he just pointed me to the shelf where they kept the Google stuff. I said I couldn't see it and ask for the assistance but he just said if it is not there meaning they are out of stock didn't bother to help to check. And guess what, he was on the phone!!!!...nWould never come back.

Good stationery selections and relatively easy to find stuff I need. Layout of the shop is a bit odd but that's probably because of its location. There's printing service on the upper floor if you enter from the food court level.nnI haven't had the need to engage the staff, so can't comment on their service.

The guy serving me was extremely rude when I asked about the printing service. Extremely dismissive when none of what he described made sense to me. I can clearly see the pdf infront of their screen and what they printed out was not the same colour. He said its because my file was wrong not the printer. I had to insist him to print it again with another printer and it printed out perfectly. Seems to me that the only issue was the printer used and the attitude from the guy server.
