I don't normally go to this one but it was a breeze to get in (no waiting time), and the staff were great. Better still, I had been fasting so imagine my joy when I realised there was a 7-11 two doors down where I could get my (late) morning coffee for $1!

Went there the other day and had a very straightforward and seamless encounter. Definitely would go there again.

Asked for the lab results to be sent to me instead of my doctor and it didn't happen. After calling to try have a copy sent to me again, I was told they couldn't do that. Even though they have no trouble sending instant test results to doctors electroniclly, when it comes to the patient they make it as hard as possible. For my results i have to come in again, fill out another form, (which I already did) and have them sent to me. It's like email just doesn't exist on this planet or something. The person of the phone had absolutely no patience to try help me out. I came up with a range of solutions to make things easier but alas... The process must be followed despite the fact it is incredibly inefficient. I would highly recommend those looking for blood tests to try another lab that puts patient care a bit more at the centre or what they are doing, instead of mindlessly following a process which makes it hard for patients to get access to their own medical data.
