Really kind and helpful staff today. Not sure why the reviews are bad at all. The woman was able to see me as soon as I called, she explained her lunch times and closing times and so I went when she was open and ready to see me. Got sorted with everything I needed in a caring and professional manner. Highly recommend. Located on the 3rd floor, beside the medical centre fyi.. so hard to find anything in the QV!

Went in on Friday and the clinic was closed. Called in today, Monday and there was no answer. Appropriate notice needs to be provided to the public on this clinic's official opening and closing hours and also COMMIT to these times, so patients are better informed and avoid the inconvenience of travelling down for treatments.

Made an online booking and showed up only to realise no one was there. Waited awhile thinking they might have been on break. What a waste of time! Sort it out.

Very unfriendly service. Came here two times . They closed 5-10 mins before official closing time. And another day let me wait outside in the cold rather than sitting in the waiting area because it's 5 mins before opening hours

Couldn’t get through by phone for 3 days of trying. Left messages - no response. Used the online booking form - no response.nGave up and contacted MIA Radiology @ Collins St (who were great - recommended).
