I don’t know how to review the company as a whole but it is terrible. Needed a travel covid test for a flight 2days later while Melbourne was in lockdown. Firstly, used their site which looked dodgy and I had to google a few times to make sure it was legit. Spelling errors galore. Then as I had set to go for the test my flight was cancelled and a refund provided (melb lockdown continues) so 4Cyte if they could offer a refund as I no longer required a covid test as was not travelling and had paid $120. It was already stressful given the uncertainty of covid… they said they couldn’t give a refund and that the test is valid for 12 months. However I’m not intending to fly anywhere that needs a test in the next 12 months so it’s completely useless. The fact that they charge the full $120 prior to any service being offered and still can’t offer a refund is a joke. Horrible experience and would not recommend. I also went to the shop and the nurse was pretty disinterested when opening the shop didn’t acknowledge us… they also opened late.
