Really rude staff. I was asked for ID (which is no problem, a legal requirement) then accused of producing a fraudulent drivers license. I’m 32 and I have a wallet full of government issued ID. Im also wearing a mask. He then sold me alcohol anyway. Appeared to be a manager - probably shouldn’t be one. Some serious customer service training required at this store.

I was served by an extremely rude staff, a guy named Paurav( it was on his badge).I always come to this liquorland but I've never came across this staff until today. All the other staffs are very nice and polite. I hope this review is taken seriously as you might lose customers if you guys hire people like him. I am very upset and disgusted.
