Thanks to the lovely lady who served me today for increasing my knowledge of available postal services suitable for my needs. More post offices could learn from this outstanding one. Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady behind the counter answered her mobile phone (which was a personal call) while serving me. She is then rude when I asked a question and made mistakes so had to go back and do all my postage again. Would definitely not recommend going here.

Excellent customer service with both of the 2 ladies that work at this post office, they will go out of their way to help you. The best service I have received from any post office I have been to! Highly recommend!!!

Terribly arrogant lady of about 40-50's on a customer desk. Definitely she is not the right fit for the job. Rudely told us to read the glass prior to coming in when we requested for ID verification. She stated they had stopped doing Id check from years. No manners and poor attitude with customer.

They *lock* the doors before closing. Arrived 16:54 and already locked. Don’t bet on picking up a parcel quickly if you leave work early.
