Australia Post

Good spot, close to home but I’d rather go somewhere else :(

Just want to point out I never write bad reviews but I’m this case I have to say how disappointed I am. I’m a local resident & small business owner in the street for many years & this is my local post office I normally use it for just posting but today I was looking for a new printer & i wanted to support my street & decided to purchase 1 in the post office but I was rudely treated with such hostility & any question I had was shut down. I truly have never received such bad service. The 2 women who both made me feel soo embarrassed I walked out without a printer. At times like this that sort of customer service is unjustified

Rude staff. Carried in a small dog under my arm and out of the way and was told to leave. The good news is that there is another post office up the road at 575 Hampton Road who are excellent. Well worth the walk.

I have used this post office for many years.. knowledgeable staff, friendly service. I have read the 1 star comments and Australia post is a large organisation and one postal office is not responsible for the whole organisation..

Lack of human empathy..
