Rude staff members, with a pre paid printed label told that I was unable to send and required to pay 25 dollars, then went to an alternate auspost and had no issues.

Absolutely rude and non cooperative ladies. Jacque and her colleague. Made me take 4 rounds to submit documents and harassed me in the pandemic. Gave wrong information and aus post should get rid of such frustrated employees. Disgusting

bad experience: staff was not helpful at all. asked a staff to witness documents (which is shown on Commonwealth of Australia PERSONS WHO CAN WITNESS COMMONWEALTH (FEDERAL) STATUTORY DECLARATIONS part 2), but the request was denied ... asked me go to pharmacy . there was no queue when i was there, but they just refused to help
