Should never argue and be rude to customers

Not really a good post office, looks dirty, dusty and disorganised. It is always full of stuff everywhere. Communication (lack of english language) is a problem too. Overall I avoid as much as I can to go there. Unfortunately, Australia Post is not doing much to improve this post office. Seriously, Hampton East deserves a better Post office.

It's a very basic facility & their English is not the best but they sure are friendly & hardworking. Even went the extra mile and stayed open 10 mins extra because I was stuck in traffic to wait for me to get my urgent package. Better than the delivery postie who conveniently not even attempt delivery at my house & drops undelivered packages at the post office.

The Chinese couple who operate this post office are lovely. My mail always gets delivers and packages always arrive. Can someone send this lady below me a postcard though? She sounds angry.
