I just wonder after read all reviews.. I just visited this post office today ( Saturday) it’s my first time and I’m impress their service even today abit busy.. coz it’s my first time to send some parcel boxes, so I don’t know about size and how to process..I have to change parcel box twice coz not correct size .. they don’t rushing me or give me evil look at all. And always give a smile and helpful.. I just wonder why some ppl said they’re rude.. I disagree.... coz they’re good ppl... and thank you for service us on hard time like COVID-19 !!! 👍🏼👍🏼

This person named David (Asian) treated me in a rude way. I came in greeting David and asked him a question gently. I got a short welcome hello back with a mean look. Normally I go to the postoffice but they were closed so I went around the corner to this LPO. I got what I had asked for and that was an envelope. I paid for the envelope and was writing the details on it at the table. Then I noticed how very nice this David was to other customers and towards me totally the opposite. At that moment I hought ‘oh why don’t I get a nice treatment like that’. I filled in my envelope and handed this one over back to him and guess what, I got the same bad attitude back as when I entered the shop. Really weird but I think and know for sure that it was my beard or different skin colour that made him act like this. You can just feel the hate and hostility. Bad customer service behaviour. Won’t see me here again, ever. I am not a racist but Asians should really learn how to treat other people with respect and learn some manners. One star is too much to be honest.

Had an issue with a package that had to be returned, and I wasn't able to pick it up. Rang, and they kept it for me, and helped me sort out the problem. They have been really helpful with all my shipping and transactions. Highly recommend.

Called me at 9am in the morning to remind me about a parcel which has been there for 7 days and threatening to send it back. I’m a doctor on 12-hour night shifts at a busy hospital and this was the equivalent of a 2am phone call!! No apologies from them, and when I get there they actually keep parcels for 14 days so the phone call and threats were 100% unnecessary. Rude counter lady as well. If I could choose where my parcel ends up it’ll never be here again. Edit: Wow. Turns out they DIDN’T give me the parcel that they called so urgently for, and I had to return the next day to get it!! Thanks for nothing.
