I had the worst experience at australia post on glenhuntly rd today. I went to buy 2 things and i wasn't even in there for any more than 10 minutes and the woman at the front door told me if you are not going to buy then don't touch. Well i was going to buy, this is why i'm here. Maybe i'm black but i have money. But i apologise anyway. Then a few minutes later she told me oh you need to hurry up this is a service business. Well why are you selling things in a post office if you want to rush me out, although i haven't even been here for more than 10 minutes. How rude. Thats probably the worst customer service i've had in an australian post. I ended up buying one thing instead of two..

The owners are lovely, in fact all 3 that work there are lovely. They use my name and always wish me a good day/weekend and have regularly stayed back when I arrive late to drop off parcels and never showed any resentment, rather done so with smiles. I'm going to miss them as my local post office when I move in 2 weeks. And for anyone leaving them a bad review because the postie doesn't bother to ring door bells (happens to me all the time) It's got nothing to do with the store or the staff, they don't have any control over the situation so when you take into consideration that they are the ones who cop all the heat/complaints, it's very unfair considering how hard they work and their great customer service. Instead direct your complaints to Aus post head office as posties are separate contractors .

My register post never delivered to my door, postman always ready with collection paper and drop it to my letter box instead of knocking my door or wait for someone to open door. It’s very easy for postman to drive a car to driveway and put collection paper in to letterbox. They don’t want to do proper job. Way they don’t come to my door and knock my door then take my signature and handed my parcel to my hand ? Because It’s take time and they don’t want to do proper job

5 Star service! The owner stayed back after hours to ensure i collected my parcel. Could not reccomend highly enough.

Excellent service. Always friendly and very helpful. The staff are thorough and very knowledgable. I really appreciated Michael’s patience and service as he helped me complete documentation well after the shop’s closing time. Great asset to the community!
