Extremely slow service, when you do finally get served staff are very rude.
Would rather drive further then pick up a package from here.
The chemist part is great, smiling faces and always willing to help HOWEVER you want to post something be prepared to give up 30-40 minutes of your time.
You are made to feel as if you are somewhat an annoyance rather than a paying customer, do not go there especially in the weekends when the staff have zero clue what they are doing.
Get it together guys.

I go there to pay my bills (yeah I could do it online but I like to support my local businesses) and do my business mail outs.
It csn get busy during school pick up so good between 10-2:30. I always have shorter waits Unless of course you like waiting in long queues like in a school cafeteria at lunchtime.
