Terrible post office. Poor opening hours, rude staff with very slow service, parcel collection is in the dodgy alley out the back behind the supermarket loading bay. Would prefer to use any other post office than this one
This post office is the worst. Friends messaged to say ‘pick up your package, it’s waiting for you at the post office,’ but we hadn’t had any notification. I went down there and they were insistent they didn’t have anything for us, said we must have a tracking number. I insisted they check and then they found it! When I asked why they didn’t leave a card in our PO Box they said ‘maybe it blew away’.... seriously. The worst.
Terrible service, all on go very slow mode and no customer service. Waiting to be served to have ID check understood no appointment and we would have to wait but really make us stand around while your staff are waiting for more customers to come in while we are standing In front of you, you really need to lift your game or shut down and privatize to lift your service. The staff you have now don’t seem to care much Goverment employed it shows.
Hours on the pick up slip left at my house are incorrect. Arrived to pick up a parcel (which had an authority to leave so shouldn't have been necessary) and it's closed despite the notice left at my house indicating it would be open
Unpatient, rude staff. Slow, bad service. Even no pen to use on the desk. Even have to wait 5 min to borrow one pen from the counter, and have to bear their bad attitude. God. Didn't they see so many people give 1 star? Oh I forgot, they absolutely dont care!!!
